Suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, This camp will focus on learning and developing acrobatic techniques as well as looking at different ways of approaching moves within the framework of choreography. Throughout the day we will look at a variety of different moves including cartwheels, bridges and handstands and with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance participants will learn ways to develop these moves and in turn progress to the next level with their acrobatics.
Camp notes
Please wear suitable clothing. Tight fitting top / leggings / joggers or leotard & shorts.
Workshop is required to be paid for in advance of attendance.
