*Payment Policy*

We request payment on a monthly or term basis for all classes & clubs.

Refunds are not permitted when the student does not attend / misses a class.

Private lessons: A 48hr cancellation notice in writing via email to Stage Skool must be given for private classes. Otherwise, fees will remain payable. Should you give 48hrs notice, Stage Skool will reschedule the private lesson at a time convenient.

Camps & Workshops: Places are only secured once full payment has been made. No refunds apply to workshops unless cancelled by Stage Skool.

Theatre Trips: Places are secured once full payment has been made. Theatre tickets are non-refundable. Should another student be able to take the place in the event that you are unable to attend, we will arrange for the transfer of the ticket to be made and funds refunded.

Cancellation of Classes: If classes are cancelled due to the fault of Stage Skool, the teaching time will be made up eg an extra session or extended class time will be offered. This will be carried out at the discretion of Stage Skool.

Stage Skool will provide online/ video classes should in the event of any unplanned cancellations of classes out with our control. Fee's will remain payable until the end of the term. We retain the right to change the advertised program at any given time should any staff change be required in urgent circumstances.

*Cancellation Policy*

A notice period of 4 weeks must be given in writing if a child wishes to withdraw from attending any classes or clubs connected to Stage Skool.

Fees will still be due until the completion of the notice period.

Fees cannot be refunded if a student decides to leave part way during a term.

Should a student leave for serious medical conditions, membership may be paused and any fees transferred to a future booking.
