Come dance, perform, and learn all about working on a cruise with Eddie Slattery — choreographer, director, and partner dance specialist with over 20 years of professional experience across stage and screen. As a performer, Eddie has worked as a dancer, aerialist, and dance captain onboard Royal Caribbean, appearing in hit productions including Saturday Night Fever and Chicago the Musical. Most recently, he performed in the cast of Bat Out of Hell for ITV’s Big Night of the Musicals and was part of the creative team for the multi-Olivier-nominated National Theatre production of Ballet Shoes, which returns later this year. Choreography & Creative Work Eddie’s choreographic and creative team credits include: Strictly Come Dancing, Bridgerton, Matilda The Movie, My Fair Lady & The Greatest Dancer He is currently creating multiple original productions for a variety of international cruise lines and works as a Creative Consultant for MSC Cruises, delivering a wide slate of new shows and helping to develop their entertainment programme. Eddie also continues his work with Warner Bros. in the UAE, touring their Looney Tunes production of Get in the Game, alongside other family IP productions across the Middle East. Known for his high-energy, detail-driven approach, Eddie fuses musical theatre, commercial, ballroom, Latin, salsa, and swing to create bold and dynamic work. Teaching Experience As a tutor, Eddie has taught at many of the UK’s leading theatre and dance colleges, including: Arts Educational, Laine Theatre Arts, The Urdang, Performers College, Tring Park, Central School of Ballet, Northern Ballet School, Wilkes Academy, Emil Dale, Hamilton Theatre Arts He has also taught at schools and institutions across Europe, including in Vienna, Paris, Ireland, Finland, and Sweden. He brings a wealth of industry insight, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to preparing talent for the real demands of today’s entertainment industry.
