Acro Dance combines skills of both dance and gymnastics. This class will work on learning new & perfecting tricks with qualified instructors. Gain strength, flexibility and confidence following the Acrobatic Arts programme. Suitable for those with prior dance or gymnastic experience. Minimum requirement Cartwheel / Cartwheel to bridge.

What to wear / bring:
Please have long hair tied up / bun preferable.
Fitted clothing for support with tricks

Option 3 *Full Term Payment by Cash (please mark in an envelope name + amount) Weekly / monthly payment in cash is not permitted.
