Acro Dance combines skills of both dance and gymnastics. The class will work on floor skills while learning routines and combinations in a fun and friendly environment!

This class is suitable for those with prior gymnastic or dance ability.

Skills required to attend Level 3 Handstand to bridge / Fall back to Bridge with no support, back limber, prep for back handspring & Aerial.
Splits - both Left & Right.

What to wear / bring:
Please have long hair tied up / bun preferable.
Fitted clothing for support with tricks.
Water Bottle

Option 3 *Full Term Payment by Cash (please mark in an envelope name + amount) Weekly / monthly payment in cash is not permitted.
